Undertale Adventures X Units List

Undertale Adventures X organizes its Units into six rarity bands, and the community wiki lists 76 entries across them. The roster runs from standard Ruins enemies like Froggit and Whimsun up through Mythical and Secret versions of Sans. This page reproduces the confirmed names, flags the one duplicate the wiki itself gets wrong, and explains what the rarity bands mean in practice.

  • Six bands — Common, Rare, Ultra Rare, Legendary Rare, Mythical, Secret
  • 76 entries in the community list, with one duplicate
  • Summon currency — Souls
  • Upgrades — traits and stats rolled in the lobby's Upgrades facility
  • Caveat — the wiki page was last edited July 29, 2026, before the October update

Common Units

The Common band is the Ruins and Snowdin enemy roster, and it is where every account starts.

Unit Unit Unit Unit
Froggit Whimsun Rock Loox
Moldsmal Migosp Vegetoid Ice Cap
Jerry Doggo Dogamy Dogaressa
Small Bird Elder Puzzler Woshua Ficus Licker
Vulkin Tsunderplane Heats Flamesman

Nineteen entries. A few of these names matter more than their band suggests: Vulkin, Tsunderplane and Heats Flamesman were added to the Hotlands banner later than the original roster, which is why they sit in the lowest band despite coming from a late area.

Rare Units

Unit Unit Unit
Dummy Migospel Moldessa
Parsnik Gyftrot Snowdrake
Lesser Dog Greater Dog Shyren
Moldbygg Onion San Scared Donut Guy

Twelve entries. This is the band where you start seeing Units that can anchor an early team rather than simply fill a slot.

Ultra Rare Units

Unit Unit Unit Unit
Flowey Napstablook Mad Mew Mew Chilldrake
Glyde Mad Dummy Pyrope RoyalGuard 01
RoyalGuard 02 Mettaton Final Froggit Whimsalot
Astigmatism

Thirteen entries. Ultra Rare is the first band with recognisable boss-adjacent characters — Flowey and Mettaton both appear here, with Mettaton EX and Mettaton NEO sitting in higher bands.

Legendary Rare Units

Unit Unit Unit Unit
Toriel Papyrus Grillby Temmie
Undyne Muffet Alphys Madjick
KnightKnight Mettaton EX Nice Cream Guy

Eleven entries. This is the band that carries most mid-game teams: Toriel, Papyrus and Undyne are all here, and all three are the kind of Unit players build around rather than slot in.

Mythical Units

Unit
Delta Sans
Gaster
CORE Sans
Possession Sans
Sans
Sans (27 Hours Left)
DustDust

Seven entries. The Mythical band is almost entirely Sans variants plus Gaster, which fits the game's source material: the endgame is a skeleton problem.

Secret Units

Unit Unit Unit
Aftertale Sans Mix Sans Tsarderplane
Dapperblook Final Froggit (KING) Sans (Judge)
Undyne The Undying Mettaton NEO Dust Dust (Cosmic)
Possession Sans (Overgrowth) Delta Sans (Unleashed) Sans (12 Hours Left)
CORE Sans (Anomalous) Moldessa

Fourteen entries, with a caveat: Moldessa appears in both the Rare and Secret sections on the community wiki. That is a wiki error, not a game feature. Either Moldessa has a Secret variant that should have been listed under a different name, or the row was duplicated. Do not plan around it until you see it in game.

The Secret band is where the alternate-universe Sans variants live, and several of the names — Aftertale, Dust Dust (Cosmic), Possession Sans (Overgrowth) — read as event or boss-drop Units rather than standard summon results. The Corridor page confirms that at least one Secret-tier Unit, Dust Sans (Corridor), is a 10% spawn after killing the Sans boss on Genocide, so boss drops are a real acquisition route.

The wiki predates the October update

The community Units page was last edited on July 29, 2026. The game has shipped at least one major update since — the universe was updated on October 17, 2026 — and new Units are the most likely thing an update adds. Treat this list as the confirmed baseline, not as the current full roster.

How Summoning Works

Summoning costs Souls. The older wiki for this game states 50 Souls per pull, with the pool split across Ruins, Snowdin, Waterfall and Hotland banners. The current build still uses Souls as the currency, and the game's own description names Units and traits as the two progression axes.

A few structural notes that are safe to rely on:

  • Region-linked banners. The wiki describes pulling from area-specific pools, which is why Units from Hotland can appear alongside Units from Ruins in the same account.
  • Duplicate handling. The wiki maintains a separate "Units2" page, which is the usual structure for a game that has duplicate-based upgrades or evolutions. The exact conversion is not published.
  • Evolution items exist. The Items page has a dedicated Evolution Items category alongside Equips and Upgrade Items, so some Units have an evolution path.

Rarity Is Not the Same as Strength

A higher band does not automatically beat a lower one. In a tower defense game, what matters is role fit: a Common economy Unit that doubles your early income can be worth more than a Mythical damage Unit you cannot afford to place.

The practical way to read this list is by role, not by band:

  • Anchor damage — the Unit you upgrade first. Usually Legendary Rare or above.
  • Support — buffs and control. Often Ultra Rare, and often the difference in a boss fight.
  • Economy — accelerates income. Frequently lower band, frequently underrated.
  • Coverage — area damage for crowded waves.

The tier list ranks the top bands, and the traits guide explains how a trait can move a mid-band Unit above a high-band one.

What the Game Does Not Publish

Three things are missing and are not invented here:

  • Stat blocks. No damage, range, attack speed or DPS numbers are available for any Unit.
  • Summon rates. The rarity bands are listed, but the probability of each band on a pull is not published.
  • Trait tables. Traits exist and can be rolled, but the trait list and their effects are not documented.

Any page that prints exact DPS numbers for this game is guessing. The correct way to evaluate a Unit in the current build is to field it, watch a wave, and compare.
