First Person Boxing styles guide: the Roll Styles screen, the five rarity tiers, the confirmed style names, drop rates and the 40-spin legendary pity.
First Person Boxing Styles and Spins
Styles are the progression system in First Person Boxing. You roll for them on the ROLL STYLES! screen, you equip one per unlocked slot, and the style you are running changes how your punches, guards and counters behave. The screen itself is the best documentation the game has: it prints the rarity bands, the drop rates and the pity counter in front of you.
- Rarity bands — COMMON, RARE, EPIC, LEGENDARY, MYTHIC
- Mythic rate — 0.5% on the drop-rate panel
- Pity — LEGENDARY GUARANTEED IN 40
- Slots — one free and equipped, three locked
- Confirmed style names — NIGHT TRAIN, PHILLY SHELL, ROPE A DOPE, SNIP, GHOST STEP, PENDULUM, SLICK

How the Roll Styles Screen Works
Open the style menu and you get a locker-room screen with three zones.
Centre is the roll itself: a rotating display, the SPIN and LUCKY SPIN buttons, and the reveal. While it spins the panel reads SPINNING... and a SKIP >> button appears on the right. The preview footage shows SKIP annotated with 45 LUCKY, which ties the skip to the Lucky Spin currency rather than to Coins.
Left is your slot list. The first entry carries your equipped style with a green EQUIPPED button. The three below it are LOCKED, each with a yellow UNLOCK button priced in Spins that rises for each additional slot.
Right is the DROP RATES panel. This is the part most guides ignore, and it is the only place the game tells you the odds.
The Five Rarity Bands and What They Mean
The drop-rate panel groups styles into five bands, listed from the bottom of the table upward:
| Band | What it represents |
|---|---|
| COMMON | The floor. Expect these early and expect to replace them. |
| RARE | A step up, still common enough to see within your first several rolls. |
| EPIC | The realistic target for a free-to-play account. |
| LEGENDARY | The band the pity counter protects. |
| MYTHIC | The top band, printed at 0.5%. |
Only the Mythic rate is legible in the footage. The other percentages are rendered in a compressed segment of the video and cannot be read reliably, so this page does not print them. Anyone quoting a full drop table for this game is either reading a different build or filling in the gaps.
The 0.5% figure is worth sitting with. At one roll per Spin, a Mythic is a one-in-two-hundred outcome. Forty rolls — the pity threshold — does not get you a Mythic either; it guarantees a Legendary, which is a different band. If your plan is "roll until Mythic," plan for a long session or a lot of Coins.
Every Style Name We Can Confirm
The roll screen lists style names inside each rarity band, and the preview footage captures a partial roll animation. These are the names that are legible across the frames:
EPIC
- NIGHT TRAIN
- PHILLY SHELL
- ROPE A DOPE
- SNIP
LEGENDARY
- GHOST STEP
- PENDULUM
MYTHIC
- SLICK
Several further entries in each band are rendered too small or too compressed to read, and the game does not publish a master list. This page lists seven names because seven is what can be verified. It is not the full roster, and any site that claims to have the complete set should be able to show you where it came from.
Search "first person boxing styles" and most of the results are for Untitled Boxing Game, a different Roblox boxing title with its own 25-plus styles (Basic, Smash, Long Guard, Turtle, Corkscrew, Ippo, Hitman, Slugger, Chronos and so on). None of those exist in First Person Boxing. If a list includes "Shiny" as a rarity tier, it is the wrong game.
Spins, Lucky Spins and Coins
Three currencies feed the wheel, and they are not interchangeable.
- Spins come from codes, from the group reward and from Coins. One Spin is one standard roll.
- Lucky Spins are the premium roll, shown as LUCKY SPIN at the top of the screen.
UPPERCUThands out one of these. - Coins sit in the bottom-right corner next to BUY SPINS, which is the conversion point.
FPSBOXING2pays 1,000 Coins.
The group reward is the cheapest Spin in the game: the panel shows +1 SPIN • +1,000 COINS with a JOIN button for the official Can You Box? group. It is a one-time claim, and it is free.
Current code payouts are on the codes page, and the rotation there has already changed once in 24 hours.
Slots Decide Your Real Power Level
A style you cannot equip is worth nothing, which makes slots the most underrated part of the system.
You start with one equipped slot. The next three unlock with Spins at an escalating price, and the Shop sells the same three as the Slot 2, Slot 3 and Slot 4 gamepasses at R$79, R$129 and R$189. Those are not cosmetic purchases; they are the difference between holding one style and holding four.
The early-game trade-off is therefore not "roll or don't roll," it is "roll or unlock." A player with four slots and four EPIC styles will beat a player with one slot and one LEGENDARY almost every time, because the second player has no answer when the matchup turns bad. The tier list explains how to judge which of your styles to keep.
Spend your first code Spins opening slots, not rerolling. Four average styles beat one great style, and the slots stay useful no matter what the wheel gives you later.
The Pity Counter and How to Use It
LEGENDARY GUARANTEED IN 40 is a countdown, and it does not reset on a Legendary; it caps the wait. The strategic implication is simple: rolling is never wasted, because every roll moves you toward a guaranteed high-band result.
That makes Coins more valuable than they look. If 1,000 Coins buys additional Spins, then a code that pays Coins is effectively a partial pity payment. It also means the cheapest way to reach your first guaranteed Legendary is to hoard Coins and roll in one session rather than trickling rolls out over weeks.
What Styles Actually Change in a Fight
The game does not publish per-style stat blocks, so the honest answer is structural: a style is the ruleset your character runs, and the names in the table above hint at the archetypes. ROPE A DOPE is a defensive, rope-hugging idea. PHILLY SHELL suggests a tight shell guard. NIGHT TRAIN and GHOST STEP imply movement. SLICK implies evasion at the top band.
Do not treat those readings as stat sheets. They are the shape of each style, and the way to learn the real difference is to equip one and fight ten rounds with it. The matchup guide covers how those archetypes beat each other.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many styles are in First Person Boxing? The full roster is not published. The game's roll screen groups styles into five bands, and this page confirms seven names from official footage. Any complete list you see online is unverified.
What is the Mythic drop rate? The drop-rate panel prints 0.5% for the MYTHIC band. Other bands' percentages are not legible in available footage.
What does LEGENDARY GUARANTEED IN 40 mean? Forty rolls without hitting the Legendary band guarantees a Legendary result. It is a pity counter, not a Mythic guarantee.
How do I get more Spins? Codes, the free group reward, and converting Coins with BUY SPINS.
Can I equip more than one style? Yes, one per unlocked slot. Slot one is free; slots two through four unlock with Spins or with the Slot gamepasses.
Do styles change my stats? They change how your punches, guards and counters behave. The game does not print numeric stat blocks, so the effect is felt rather than read.
